We have an onsite position available for a property manager 2904. We are seeking reliable individuals who can be punctual, adaptable, and trainable. The company is growing, and we prefer candidates with prior experience in property management.
The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. To be considered for the role, you must pass an Excel test and have expertise in MS Office. We are looking to hire as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in property/asset management in the commercial real estate industry.
A California Real Estate license is also required, and industry certifications such as IREM, BOMA, CCIM, ICSC are preferred.
